What we collect, why, and your control over it.
What we collect
Your account details (email, name), the searches you run, and items you save. If you connect eBay, we import your sold orders (item, price, date, fees) to track real profit. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your full card details.
Your eBay data
The eBay connection is read-only. We use your sold history to power your own profit tracking, and — anonymised and aggregated — to improve resale-value estimates for everyone. We never list, buy, or message on your behalf, and you can disconnect at any time, which stops further imports.
How we use it
To run the product (give you verdicts, your radar, profit tracking), to keep it secure, and to improve our market estimates. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's useful. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the service — e.g. Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and our email/analytics providers — under their own safeguards.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and disconnect eBay, at any time. Email us and we'll help. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the ICO.
